At MindfulVision we take a different view on this statement.
Websites and web tools are properly designed and coded, then all people can use them. Our point is that the web was intended for all people and as such websites should be accessible to everyone.
Tim Berners-Lee - W3C Director and inventor of the World Wide Web states:
The power of the Web is in its universality.
Access by everyone regardless of disability is an essential aspect.
Again we think it is more important rather to draw on disability and make it a specific pointer that it is more appropriate simply to state:
The power of the Web is in its universality.
Access by everyone is the essential aspect.
So at MindfulVision we believe that web accessibility should create the same user experience for all people.
